Any time series, pasted as timestamp and value, read for real by the browser first

A KPI, a sensor log, a latency or error-rate export, a price history — paste one point per line. A free engine in this browser computes the exact statistical shape: an OLS trend with a significance test, autocorrelation seasonality, a single best changepoint, z-score anomalies, a volatility-regime read, a naive forecast. Then pick a lane.

The latency example ships with a saved model run for both lanes, so you can see the whole thing — the diagnostics read, the handoff, and the decision brief — without signing in and without spending a credit.

Pulse Desk describes the statistical shape of the numbers you paste. It is not financial, medical, investment, staffing, or engineering advice.

Questions

Do I have to sign in?

No. Parsing the series and computing every statistic - trend, seasonality, the changepoint search, anomalies, volatility, the naive forecast - runs entirely in this browser tab, for free, with no account. Only the AI pass that explains the shape or writes a decision brief is metered, and the bundled example replays a saved run for free.

What counts as a changepoint, and how is it found?

A changepoint is the single point that splits the series into two segments whose means best explain the series' total variance - found by an exact search over every possible split, scored by how much sum-of-squared-error a two-mean model removes versus one mean for the whole series. It describes where the level shifted, never why - Pulse Desk never guesses a cause the pasted data does not state.

How is the AI pass kept honest about the series' shape?

The browser computes every number first and sends those facts into the run as prescan data the model must reconcile against, one entry per flag raised. Every timestamp the model cites is checked back against the series you actually pasted, and one that does not appear in it is shown, marked, rather than silently trusted.

What are the two lanes?

Read the diagnostics explains what the series' shape actually means - trend, seasonality, the changepoint, anomalies, volatility - and whether the paste itself looks right. Write the decision brief takes that same series, and the diagnostics read if you ran it first, and turns it into a short brief for a stated purpose: what to watch, and what to do first.

Is this financial, medical, or investment advice?

No. Pulse Desk describes the statistical shape of the numbers you paste - it does not recommend a trade, a diagnosis, a staffing decision, or any other professional action, and its prompt explicitly forbids that framing. Treat every finding as a prompt to verify with the people who own the system that produced the numbers, not as a decision already made.

What does a run cost, and what if my balance is low?

A worst-case amount is reserved before you run, and only what the run actually uses is charged. The estimate is checked against your balance before the button enables: signed out, it explains that signing in comes first; under the model's minimum, it names the exact shortfall; and a reply cut short by a low balance says so rather than presenting itself as complete.
